Random BOSD messages whenever i open my laptop

Hi all,

I started having BOSD messages since last month or more. The problem is that after i finished using my laptop and close the lid (normally at nights) , once in a while whenever i try to open my laptop the next day, it boots up like it has shut down before i closed the lid and when the windows boots up, an error comes with the message " Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown" and bunch of error codes.

I Hope we can all together find a solution

There are no dump files.
Check in these directories.
C:/Windows/minidump
C:/Windows/memory.dmp

If you have .dmp files in the minidump folder then copy them to the desktop, zip them up and upload them.

If you have a memory.dmp file then you will need to copy it to the desktop, then upload it unzipped to a file sharing site like OneDrive.

Do you use any cleaning programs like CCleaner? If so then you need to stop as they can delete the dump files.
