So i have to say this forum has been very useful in helping me diagnose other peoples computer, but at this moment I'm at a point where i need help. This BSOD keeps happening, one of the issues used to be a video card problem, that has been solved, with a GTX970. Now i fear the remaining issue is Memory related, i am not running any overclocking and my power supply is an Corsair HX750

Yeah, that original Memtest failure was only on Test 13 (RowHammer) from my understanding, unless your running ECC DDR3 has an >%80 failure rate

Hello 0hanz33, I will try to help you. You only have one dump file, which is what we use to debug. You also failed a memtest, even though it was not the best test to use. As long as you have memory errors, there is little use in reading the dump files. Memory is like that, it can cause almost anything to be blamed when it is the cause itself. This is what the dump file shows

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
[COLOR=red]A fatal hardware error has occurred[/COLOR]. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error condition.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa800707e8f8, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

I would think it is the ram, but if you would like to check it again, please do it this way.
Please Run Memtest86+
picture.php

   Information
Please download from this site only http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes, all at one time, to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask

Thank you essenbe

I will download that version of memtest and run it, I could have sworn the one I used was the newest version of it. As for the dump file, my friend thought he was doing me a favor by running ccleaner, and deleted the others.
I'm certain they will pile back up.

No problem. Even though the names are similar, the manufacturer of memtest86 and memtest86+ are very different. Memtest86+ is the best version we have to use. Crucial, I believe, has a lifetime warranty on their ram. You should have no problem. I would suggest you RMA both sticks and get a kit in return. Kits are tested to work well together where individual sticks are not. I would ask about an advanced replacement where they send you the replacement ram first and then you send in the bad am. That will keep you from being without a computer for a couple of weeks. It is not necessary that you run another test. That one should be enough, but you can if you want to. Please don't delete any more dump files. You can use CCleaner just watch what you are deleting. We need the error reporting and dump files.

Well its happened again, and this time 2 times in a row right after boot. I was trying to get Memtest86+ to boot on a usb key and it kept bypassing into windows (i blame UEFI). anyway I put it on a disk and ran it for 12 hours and was working on pass 12 when i canceled it. zero errors. i attached the new crash logs and as of right now I'm having HD Tune running an error check on the HDD.....im grasping at straws here

Neither dump told us anything other than it was a hardware error.

Please run Furmark GPU Stress test. Watch the GPU temps closely and if they get too high, stop the test. Otherwise run it until temps have leveled out.

Also run Seatools for DOS on the Mechanical hard drive http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html#Part3

Make sure your SSD Firmware is up to date and running well.

ok Furmarked it.... GPU maxs out at 77c on the stress test @ 3840x2160 8xMSAA (resolution only that high for stress testing) CPU doesnt go above 50c mobo stays around 34c. Seatools Passed both drives as well and the ware is up to date. I know this ram isnt on the "approved" list for this MoBo but its specs are within the capabilities....Think that may be a thing?

Very highly unlikely.

open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Also, what CPU Cooler do you have?

0hanz33, What I would like for you to do is go into BIOS and tell me the values of the +12V, +5V and +3.3V. Then look at your sata controller and see how it is set (IDE, AHCI or Raid). Set optimized defaults, check and set your sata controller to what it is right now, set your boot order, save and exit. That will take care of most things, but if you are overclocking anything, please set it back to defaults.

went ahead and set everything to default just to see what she'll do, but it was never overclocked to begin with
