Random BSOD 0x124 Please help

Hi,

Im having some random bsod when browsing the web and when the computer is idle with BSOD 0x124 also check the event viewer at the same time it had a whea logger event id 20 A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Playing games like Dragon Age Inquisition, Witcher 3 or MGSV for like at least4-5 hours doesnt cause any bsod only when idle or browsing the web also it crashes when trying to copy something from the HDD

Thanks for replying I did the memtest pass 8 and no errors were found, Hdd pass the test and Gpu didnt cause any errors when testing. The issue started when i change my cpu to fx 6300 the first bsod which is 0x101 was cause by turbo boost in bios also manage to fix it by disabling it and my system only crashes when running 6 cores of the cpu limiting it to 4 cores makes my system stable.

When I run prime95 what temp should be the max temp before i shut it off? coz i dont want to fry my cpu or mobo also maybe the issue is psu because I have a pretty generic basic 600 watts psu or the mobo itself?

Tried playing games for 4 hours today straight with all cores and no issues at all Im really scratching my head on this one why it crashes when browsing the net or just idle also when copying large files from one drive to another.

Ok finished filling my system spec using the tool also I've been running this pc for about 12 hours today and not crashing.

When I run prime95 what temp should be the max temp before i shut it off? coz i dont want to fry my cpu or mobo also maybe the issue is psu because I have a pretty generic basic 600 watts psu or the mobo itself?\

80 to 85C would be really max.

sorry cant tell what brand the psu is coz the model no: and detail was inverted inside the case cant tell what is it and I'm not the one who bought the psu but I'm sure its a OEM basic 600 watts psu also only using the fx 6300 stock cooler but I'm planning on buying a cooler master 212 evo.

I did the "small fft" prime95 test for two hours and no errors were found plus my pc no longer doing any bsod dunno what happen but I no longer get any bsod. I'll post again if I get any errors this week thanks for helping by the way.
