Solved Random BSoD after 1-3 hours of use

Usually happens while watching youtube videos, sometimes it will just freeze and the colors will tear across the screen, the speakers make a loud buzzing sound when this happens.

EDIT: Updated my BIOS, may have fixed it, will edit back in a few hours to confirm.

I followed that tutorial before, not sure why its empty....

I updated my bios and it seems to be working fine now.
