Hey guys, this is my first post, and I can't find anyone else to help me. I'm getting a BSOD on my new computer, and I need to know if a part is damaged and if I have to replace it. I've included everything in the folder like they asked. The code is STOP 0x000000a and not really much else to say. No one is giving a certain answer on what it is. much help would be appreciated, thanks guys.

Hi Mat

The Dump files do refer to you ATI driver thats causing the BSOD.... I would rather suggest you do reinstall the drivers..

Just a thought, when did you start having these BSOD ??? was it after an windows update, bios update or driver update.???

Why not upgrade to where you were before the problems began?

because if I go back to 12.7 I have really bad left screen driver problems. I also figured out my Ram is broken/corrupted so I just ordered something more known and better, the ram I have now was giving me errors within the first 10 seconds of Memtest, on both sticks, dunno how that happens but it did.

Good then the hardware tests show a memory problem. That is good as memory is cheap. If you buy more, buy all at once, dont just add to what you have.
Make sure that the sticks are good and tight and test the slots, might be a bad MB.
