Random BSOD and programs crash, Ram settings wrong

That's unusual, those are very mild increases.

Does it crash with 2 RAM cards?

Did you see the Edit I made for the DRAM and QPI/Vtt voltages?

Are you taking out the same RAM card each time you check the system with two cards installed?
If you are, then remove another card, be sure the remaining two cards are in the correct slots for dual channel.

Set the DRAM voltage to 1.60v.
Set the QPI/Vtt voltage to 1.24v.

Counting from the CPU, the RAM should be in slots 2,4 and 6.

Yep I have them in those slots. Upped the voltage and still crash. Should I flash the older stable bios?

If two cards are stable and you've tested all three cards, then these setting should be working.

Change the BIOS to F11, this should help.
Test the RAM at the initial settings and voltages you started with, if not stable we'll bump up the voltages slowly.
DRAM voltage and QPI/Vtt voltage at BIOS defaults.
First four timing settings should be 9,9,9,25, leave the rest on auto.
Change the RAM 'Command Rate' to 2.

Okay so I flashed the F11 bios, Loaded optimised defaults and loaded. BSOD straight off. Went back into the bios and changed the ram settings and it crashed. I changed the settings again but just changed the 25 to 20 and it has booted stable this time... Hopefully it will stay stable.

Your RAM is set at default 533MHz (1066MHz) and the RAM's SPD for that is 7-7-7-20, 1.5v.
There is no SPD for 667MHz (1333MHz), using 685MHz (1370MHz) is 9-9-9-25, 1.5v.
When you're having RAM issues it's a good test to loosen the timings and check the stability, running the 685MHz timings at 533MHz should be very stable as these timings are relaxed.
I'll chock this inconsistency up to it being 'Value RAM', memory modules are rated by the 'Bin' system, they are tested and graded by performance level. The better modules are used for higher frequency RAM, and overclocking RAM, the less quality RAM is used for 'Value RAM' and sold for a lower price.
For this reason value RAM can and does have strange behavior and is known to not be stable.

Take the RAM cards out and clean the pin with alcohol, check that the slots are clean.

Set the DRAM voltage to 1.55v.
Set the QPI/Vtt voltage to 1.20v.

Leave the first four timing settings at 9-9-9-20, if that is what it likes, leave the rest on auto.
Change the RAM 'Command Rate' to 2.
Change the 'Uncore Frequency' to X18.
Post the CPUZ 'Memory' tab.

If this doesn't work, boot with one RAM card in slot 1, then put one RAM card in slot 3 check if it boots, repeat with one RAM card in slot 5.
If the system won't boot in any of these slots, let me know.

Have you check if the CPU has any bent pins?
