It started happening a month ago, at that time, it happened as soon as I logged in. Following instructions from a friend, I took apart computer, air canned everything, put back together, and reformatted. All new drivers installed, all windows updates installed.

Computer was working good until last week, started getting BSOD randomly. Sometimes at startup, other times while surfing the web, two days ago while doing work on google drive.

This is what I got:

Problem signature:

From your crash dump ....
Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
According to Carrona.org, STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDhttp://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#top
Usual causes:
Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS .

Specifying the BIOS, coz the dump is silent about the cause of the crash, and at the same time, the BIOS is old enough.
Code:
BiosVersion = F5
BiosReleaseDate = [COLOR=Red]03/30/2009[/COLOR]
So better you update it at first. Take the FK version, dated 2012/02/29; from http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3265#bios

Let us know the results.

If the problem continues to occur, in the next post you upload not only the crash dumps, but also upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
