Lately i've been having random BSOD when alt tabbing or clossing a program or even when just watching a movie. I have the latest bios ver updated drivers as far as i know. What steps should i take in order to find the problem and solve it?

Memory: F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 2x4gb 1600mhz G.skill Ripjaws
CPU: Intel i5 2500
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-v/gen3

Bios settings: Optimized defaults. I only changed the ram voltage from 1.51 to 1.6 as suggested by a friend and vccio from 1.06 to 1.1
