Do you use software from NetSupport Software?

Yes we use crosstec school view

Please check it for updates, it seems to be the cause of the crashes.

Windows updates are fully done. I checked drivers are current as well.

It was fully updated and having the problem when I submitted the issue

Sorry, I thought you had updated the crosstec software as well. If you haven't yet, could you check the crosstec software for updates.
