I just built a new machine for me to use at work. After I installed windows 7 I got some random crashes (nothing but windows updates and McAfee installed). I thought it may have been video drivers and installed some the Nvida site. This did not help, I then ran the windows memory test overnight and had no errors. When the crashes occured, a few of them had no applications running.
I can't seem to get the dumpchk to work correctly, but from what I can see it always has ntoskrnl.exe as the likelyl cause.
attached are the dumps of all crashes I have gotten to date so far. The only other software that is installed is Solidworks. (After the new video driver was installed I though my problem was fixed). I have no problems with reinstalling windows if need be.
