Hi,
please help me figure out the the root of the BSOD stop error I have.:confused:

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Thanks for the quick replay.
This is a Dell optiplex gx620 with win 7 home prem x32 and unfortunately there are no windows 7 drivers on Dell’s website. I see that I need to update the sound, ethernet and graphics so thanks again I’ll try to find those drivers tomorrow and I’ll keep you posted.

You may be able to use earlier drivers if you install them in compatibility mode.

compat=right the installer>properties>compatibility>chose OS
