Uninstall Panda for now and install Microsoft Security Essentials

Uninstall Panda
Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Download/Install MSE
Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Uninstall Slim Cleaner and Slim Drivers with RevoUninstaller

Download Revo
Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

When running Revo, Select Advanced option and Select All/Delete All on both scans

If the above doesn't help, try reverting back to 13.1 as you said.

It won't hurt to run Memtest86 for at least 8 passes or upon receiving any errors. If you receive any errors your memory or memory controller is bad.

The problem is you only have one crash dump so its hard to get a good indication of what is really going on with one dump.

Is your motherboard up to date with all the latest BIOS/Drivers?
Motherboards - M2N-X - ASUS

Do you have another open slot for your Video card? Or just make sure its securely connected to the motherboard?
