You are getting memory corruption which is mainly caused by RAM.

Please run memtest86 by following these instructions. Make sure you run it for at least 8 passes.

Can you try stress testing your GPU as you are having display crashes.
Please run furmark for around 30 minutes.
Follow these instructions.

Your WinpkFilter high performance packet filtering framework is causing problems.

It's quite outdated so I recommend updating it or if you don't need it then removing it is generally the best option.
You should be able to update it here.

Well it's still pointing to memory corruption but I can't identify the driver responsible.

The bugcheck is different to your previous ones in that it's a 0x4E PFN_LIST_CORRUPT bugcheck which means the page frame number database has been corrupted, this corruption is usually caused by viruses, faulty RAM, damaged system files or buggy 3rd party drivers.

I can't find much on the stack trace so we'll have to go for the more general approach.

Now I recommend you run your anti virus (can you tell me which one you're using please) and malwarebytes anti malware on demand scanner.
You can download it here.

Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software

After that is complete please follow these instructions on how to run a disk check.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Finally please go into the elevated command prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow

Post back the results.
