I am getting a random BSOD on my dell laptop, it starts up and works fine, but then suddenly a BSOD takes place, even if I am leaving it alone (without working).

in safe mode it don't at all appear even if i leave it for a day
my drivers are all up to date
I did install the windows 2 times, it works fine at the beginning and the the BSOD problem appears again
my boot up is somewhat slow, the "starting windows" screen takes more than 5 minute, and after "welcome" message it takes 2-3 min at black screen (I don't know if it is related)
The zip file of SF diagnostic is attached with the thread.

Thanks in advance

All results "passed" except (Hard Drive):

A stop 0xF4 is a storage related BSOD. So you are rightly suggested to check your storage device for errors. Now you found the errors. So you know the exact source of the BSOD.

You need to do as suggested. But, the rest is on you. If you are within an warranty, better you get a replacement. Otherwise, you may have a laptop's HDD form anywhere .... nothing will matter.

What you have to do is a clean install on the new HDD, and activate that new installation using the key provided in the COA sticker.
