Random BSOD when playing Graphic Demanding Games

Hey guys, I've been getting this BSOD for the past 2 months now. I have no Idea on what is causing this and how to fix it so I decided to post here.

I've been getting random BSOD when playing some heavy-moderate graphic demanding games like GTA V, Battlefield 3, and Hitman: Absolution. But its not crashing when I'm playing old games like Warcraft 3 & NFS: Underground 2. And yeah, it also randomly crashes when I'm just copying some huge files from my hard drive.

At first I thought it was my graphics card so I replaced it with an older one but the BSOD still occurs. Tried removing it but the problem still occurs.

Here is the list that I've tried to fix the problem;
-Fresh install of Windows7(still getting BSOD when playing)
-Fresh install of Windows10(getting Red Screen instead)
-Tried Windows Update
-Replaced graphics card
-Reseated both graphics card and Ram

I've attached the zip file from the tool from the BSOD Posting Instructions. I hope someone can help. Thanks!

I see axe0 is taking a well deserved rest let me give a little help and bad news.

You have a counterfeit installation and activation of Windows 7.

From your log.

Windows Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006
<SYSTEM><Manufacturer>Gigabyte Technology Co
Windows License Type: OEM SLP
You have a Retail motherboard using this to activate your system.

Win 7,Ultimate,ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD,XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00006

Now to solve your problem.
To start off you will need a legal installation of Windows 7 with a matching legal COA key and activation. Then if you still get a BSOD axe0 will be able to help.

I'm also getting blue screens on my older copy of Windows 7(the one who came installed on the hard drive). Well uhm, I've sort of lost my Genuine copy of Windows 7 now when I reformatted my PC.

I also tried using the free inactivated copy of Windows 10 from Microsoft's site. But with that I still get crash and I'm getting red screen instead of a blue screen.

You never had a genuine copy, even the old copy had a hack installed.

Gigabyte motherboards ONLY have OEM product keys on them via an activation exploit.

So the copy that came installed in the HDD when i got it is also not a genuine copy. Erm how can you tell? My hard drive has been formatted.

Uhm. Sorry I don't quite understand what COA and OEM means and how my motherboard works with them. And also if I buy an original copy of Windows. Is there a chance that the crashing will be fixed?
