Three problems.

1-sptd.sys. Used by alcohol and daemon tools a known cause.
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

2-Memory corruption. Could be caused by sptd or could still be the memory. Run Memtest.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

3-Old drivers needing updating

Code:
rp_pkt64.sys 4/5/2007 13:51:01 fffff880`0416a000 0x46154515 fffff880`0417b000 0x00011000
AsIO.sys 12/17/2007 04:11:49 fffff880`03db1000 0x47663d55 fffff880`03db8000 0x00007000
purendis.sys 10/27/2008 23:31:28 fffff880`0407b000 0x490695a0 fffff880`04087000 0x0000c000
pnarp.sys 10/28/2008 00:57:00 fffff880`0406f000 0x4906a9ac fffff880`0407b000 0x0000c000

At least these must be updated.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
