Random BSOD with Win 7 64bit

Please can anyone help with these random BSOD since i installed win 7 64bit.

Update your video drivers and WiFi drivers
Don't use Windows Update for this, nor the Update drivers function in Device Manager
Visit the website of the device manufacturer and download the latest Win7 version from there.
