No overclocking at all.
We ruled out driver problems.
I might try to underclock the CPU to lower values than the default and see if anything changes.
It's weird though as the crashed aren't related to stress, I've just stressed the computer with Prime95 for an hour and everything was stable. There are times where the computer just reboots when surfing the web or minesweeper.

Well CPU drivers are not something I'm familiar since 10 years ago, couldn't find anything in the link you gave except gpu drivers.

Try it for a couple of hours, an hour might not be enough.

Well 4 hours and it's still stable as a rock.
When the computer is stable, it won't crush for the whole duration of time when I'm working/playing on it, but if I restart/computer goes to sleep, chances are things won't be as solid as before.

there is some dust, do you think it might cause so much trouble?

Dust can cause so much trouble, you can't imagine.
It is adviced to clean the components once in a while, like once in a month.

Well I cleaned everything from top to bottom, computer was very stable for a while. Now just got a random reboot while playing Starwars : Battlefront and listening to an online radio. Nothing too special.

From Event Viewer, nothing else;
""The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.""

Please do the following:

  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.
