Hello, Betrayed! Welcome to Sevenforums!

When you say randomly freezes does it completely lock up? Where you must reboot? When did all of this start did you install drivers or software or was it more less random as you stated?

how frequent are these freezes?
Nothing specific you've noticed your doing when it freezes? ex: playing videos, games etc

Currently looking over your files, as there are no dump files since it isn't Blue Screening.

Lets make sure your computer is setup to log these just in case.

Go to start and type in advanced system settings Hit Enter
Click advanced tab if it does not come up already.
Under startup and recovery click settings
Under System Failure make sure Write an event to the system log is checked and Automatically restart.
Small memory dump file (256 KB)
%SystemRoot%\Minidump <!~~ Should remain

Check that see if its logging the information.

And enable Verifier with the following link (after making sure logs are enabled)
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html

This will cause it to BSOD if its a driver issue.
NOTE: Keep Driver Verifier Running for awhile to see if its going to crash the system.

UPDATE:
I have noticed your video card drivers are old version 8.17 is installed 10.12 is out now.
Remove these drivers via Device manager
Click Start type Device Manager Hit Enter
Expand Display Adapters Right click Your HD 4600 and uninstall

Run http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/ to remove rest of ATI Drivers

What did the blue screen tell you? was the issue? Also upload your dump files now that it BSOD.

Your dumps are located in
C:\Windows\Minidump zip up all the .dmp files and upload them here.

The whole goal was to get it to blue screen so that we can get the dump files to determine what the real issue is.

If there is no update for radmin server i would definitely remove it. and yes you can run verifier again to see if it updates the dump file. Run malwarebytes make sure its up to date

Man you should be good, your Dump pointed to Radmin Server, You can reinstall if there is a new version otherwise stay away from it.

I recommend RSAT To replace radmin

You can turn off Verifier

start >> type verifier /reset

Glad i could help :)

Hi Betrayed and welcome to the forum. Tony asked me to take a look at your dump to see what I might find. Actually I started with some of the other files you uploaded. I see you are running MagicTune. This has caused issues for others on Win 7 systems. You can Google Magictune and read these for yourself. I will quote from one that is on the forum here.
The Vista version of this program for fine-tuning your monitor doesn't seem to work under Windows 7, even in "Vista compatibilty mode". I wonder if anyone has found a work-round to get it up and running?
http://www.sevenforums.com/software/9859-samsung-magictune-incompatibilty.html

I suggest that you uninstall Avira, at least until you know your system is stable. Avira is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in place of Avira.

Your dump does not tell us very much. The analysis is incomplete. The bugcheck code is 50, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA; and it references memory. You have SP1 installed and the symbols are not yet released for SP1.

I find a few out of date drivers loaded on your system. Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. The ones in red font are quite obsolete. Update the following drivers through the links provided.
nvsmu.sys 28-06-09 - nVidia nForce System Management Controller (nVidia nForce chipset driver). Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers. Update this driver.

PhysX32.sys 29-02-08 - AGEIA PhysX Processor WDM Driver, AGEIA Technologies, Inc. Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers. Update this driver or rename it.

pccsmcfd.sys 26-08-08
- PCCS Mode Change Filter Driver - Nokia. Nokia - Nokia on the Web. Update the driver or uninstall the software.

AmdLLD.sys 29-06-07 - AMD Low Level Device Driver (not compatible with Win7 AFAIK). Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD. Update this driver or rename it.
btnetBus.sys 07-12-08 - Bluetooth PAN Bus Service. IVT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY Inc. IVT Download Center. Update the driver or uninstall the software.
   Note
Renaming drivers: create a restore point, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver files, and rename them from .sys to .old. Reboot and the drivers will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware these drivers are associated with.

7. i renamed btnetbus.sys
8. i ran verifier again, everything is ok

do you need me to run the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 again?

You are welcome and great job of following suggestions.

Regarding pccsmcfd.sys 26-08-08, what do you mean when you say that you can't do anything? Can you uninstall the Nokia software? You can rename this driver to .old.

I don't see a need to run the JC Griff tool again unless you get another BSOD. Then we would like for you to run it again since you have had a system change - uninstalling SP1.

Verifier needs to run for about 36 hours of computer use and you use your computer normally while Verifier is running. Here is a tutorial on Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

MSE is every bit as as good as Avira according to various tests by different third party testers. What MSE lacks is an email scanner. You can try Avast. Avast generally works well with Win 7. In fact, it can run simultaneously with MSE without conflict. This is an exception to the rule of never running but one antivirus.

Thank you for reporting back with what you have done.

i can uninstall the software i think, if it's part of Nokia Ovi which i am using almost daily so that's why i don't wanna uninstall it. i'll just leave it there i don't think it's that harmful.
as for e-mail scanner i don't really use (free yahoo mail account) so i might go with MSE

thanks for everything
