For about a week now my computer has been crashing and restarting. When it happens any audio will begin to lag and then stop working completely. I don't know whats causing it as it happens without warning and it seems to happen on whatever i'm doing e.g. iTunes, Youtube, Games or just using the internet in general.

When i turn the computer back on and log in i get a box saying Windows has recovered, with details:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 116
BCP1: FFFFFA80061414E0
BCP2: FFFFF880109B9630
BCP3: FFFFFFFFC000009A
BCP4: 0000000000000004
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening, Thanks.

Okay, did you update to the latest drivers for your graphic card just recently?
Did you updated to service pack 1?
What's the age of all the hardware?
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public
Suggest you to uninstall Norton, it's known to cause BSoDs.
Download and install MSE (at least to test). Make a full scan once installed and updated

I updated my graphics card driver after the problem started because I thought that was the problem, but that didn't solve it.

I have updated to service pack 1.

All of the hardware is about two years old.

After uninstalling Norton i ran a full system scan with MSE and it was all clear, however since uninstall Norton I haven't encountered the problem, so i'm guessing that it was causing the problems.

Do you have another video card to test with? or a friend or neighbor whom you can lend from?
Does your motherboard have an onboard VGA slot? Connect there and see if it crashes

I'm not to good on computers so I'm not really sure how to do all that, but now it will only crash when I go in the internet.

Should I just take it down to a local computer show and get them to fix it? :)

Same 116.

Does your motherboard have a onboard VGA slot? Try connecting to that and see if the computer crashes. You'll have to change the settings to onboard VGA from BIOS first.
