Random freezes/crashes

[Frozen]

Well, these problems usually happen to me when I wake it up from sleep mode. I turn it on, just to see everything frozen up. It also freezes when the computer loading up, which can take up to 30 minutes for me until it finally works. What can be the common reasons for this? I am running Win 7 Home Premium 64bit. Everything has been up to date along with antivirus/protection.

Hello,

Enter "msconfig" into the start menu, and in the Startup tab, click "Disable All". Reboot, see if you get the same problems.
