Random freezing and Multiple OSs

I hope that I am in the correct forum as I have joined only 10 minutes ago.
In the past, I have had to re-install Windows 7 Home Edition 32 bit, a couple or even few times since which I checked the mother-board and pressed everything that I could firmly into its socket. That cured the problem of crashing, which the computer had. Now, the computer is freezing at random times into my session. I tried to rectify the problem by doing a CHKDSK /f/r test and then a series of bootrec checks and an SFC /scannow check.
During this series of attempts to resolve the problem I discovered, also, how to check on which drive my OS was located. This led to a BIG surprise! It showed that I have 3 (three) OSs. One is designated Windows 7 and two Windows 7 Home premium and they are located on separate partitions or drives, not sure which, and they are listed as C: E: & F:
When I try to boot now I am given a choice of which OS to use and this has never occurred before. Each OS shows different icons on the desktop of each OS and irrespective of which OS I choose the computer still, from time to freezes at a random time or random use. I thought it was only the OS on C: which was the problem because the other two boot much more quickly and programs open more quickly but eventually the other two also freeze. Is anyone able to s suggest a remedy, apart from another re-installation AND is it recommended to delete the E: & F: OSs OR keep one of those (because both are entitiled Home premium, not just Windows 7),load the programs onto it and delete C:
Sorry that it has been soooooo long-winded but I hope that all the info is relevant to a solution. Kind regards to any helper. Careybird

Welcome to the forum. What were the results from the disk check it's possible the disk could be failing and if you have 3 partitions it may have only checked one. Can you post a screenshot from disk management showing all partitions with details and let us know details of your system as it could be lack of memory

You probably did a fresh install without deleting the previous win 7 partitions on the disk so it created a new partition and installed win 7 on it and now you have more than one win 7 installed.
As Samuria suggested, post an image of Disk manager. C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc
- Open Disk manager on a full window, expand the columns so we can read them and with the snipping tool take a snapshot of the whole window. Save the image to your disk.
- On left of the quick reply window click on the paper clip, browse to the image file you saved - upload.
It will attach the image to your post.

I would like to sincerely thank and profusely apologise for the delay in answering both Samuria and Megahertz07. Other issues arose taking me away from the computer. I shall endeavour to follow your instructions and post the "snips". Is it at all possible that I may send this information to both of you on your personal Emails? After repairing my problem I certainly shall not abuse your generosity by pestering you and shall delete your addresses from my computer. Kind regards Careybird

I offer greetings, again, and advise that I have attached a "snip" of the disk management; I hope that it is want you need to see?

Plus I have attached, I hope, details of my system - sorry I must try again on another quick reply as this one will not accept the second "snip"

The Seagate (H:) probably had a OS on it as it's marked as Active (has a MBR set).
On disk manager, select the Seagate (H:) disk and make it non active.
