Random freezing with buzzing sound from speakers

Hi,

I'm having this problem almost for a year, and I still haven't found the solution, so I would like you to please please help me, because it's driving me nuts

Problem:
Mostly when I play games, or use my webcam or in screensaver mode my computer freezes and there's a strange buzzing static noise coming from my speakers and all that I can do is shut my computer down with hitting the back on/off button and reseting the whole comp. Sometimes, I can play games all day and nothing happens.

Temperatures are lower, when im not playing games

CPU Type: QuadCore Intel Core i7 860, 3180 MHz (24 x 133)

Motherboard Name: ASRock H55M (1 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 2 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)

Motherboard Chipset: Intel Ibex Peak H55, Intel Lynnfield System
Memory 3255 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM) DIMM1: TakeMS

Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series







Things that I tried to do:
1. Changed rams
2. Changed heatsink for cpu
3. Installed new fans for case
4. Reformatted windows several times 5
5. Every driver is updated
6. cleaned every single component

All of those things that I tried were unsuccessful.



Please help me, i'm devostated.

What are the specs on your power supply? Maybe your system isn't getting enough power.
