Random lag in every game.

So I've looked at the other threads about the random lag and such. Mine occurs during online and offline games. heres my build:

Please fill in system specs. I had a thought or two about this but its important we have that info. Place model of ram and amount in there too.

I have the latest Nvidia drivers. and my ram is

Try changing the theme to Windows 7 Basic and then Classic to see if the games run any better.
