Since 12/3/09 - 22 critical errors (all the exact same error shown above)
Last 24 hours - 5 Critical errors
Last 7 days - 9 Critical Errors.
Ran: Memtest - No Errors
This is starting to happen way to much. Will also give any information needed

Hi and welcome

did you search either google or here for event ID 41 category 63?

There is that exact query here http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/42732-bsod-kernel-power-event-id-41-a.html

Plus that event code is just saying that the system shutdown unexpectedly. Are there any other critical errors besides it?

Those are the only errors i am getting. And yes i did google it and i found something to do with sleep/hibernating issues, but how can that be? this happens when im in the middle of gaming or maybe just doing my daily tasks.

Edit: I went to the link provided, am running a system file check right now. Also checking if BIOS is updated.

Edit 2: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Ends up my bios is pretty non-up to date so that will be my first task. Thankyou
