Random restarts. Error 41 Kernel-Power

So are you or are you not having a ~BSOD?

I have no idea tbh. I checked the forums and found that most of the kernel-power errors that caused restarts were in this section so here I am. Besides I don't think there is any other sub-forum suitable for this problem. Is there?

All I know is my computer restarts and when I check event viewer it says the restart was due to that particular error.

Argh...did no one read my previous posts? There is NO BSOD nor is the minidump suggestion you gave me creating any dump files for me to upload. How can I take a picture of something that never occurs to begin with or upload a dump file that was never created?

That means abnormal shutdown. It may be due to a BSOD, or may not be.

In most of the cases it is hardware related. We will request our hardware experts to assist you. Hang on there.
