Hi,

for some while i've been experiencing windows crashes, mostly when windows is booting up or shutting down

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - 64bit
- the original installed OS on the system? - Windows 7 Ultimate x64
- an OEM or full retail version? - OEM

- What is the age of system (hardware)? - 4 Years
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - reinstalled about 6 months ago

I've attached the requested .html file and the dump files

Any help is appreciated

Thank you!

Unknown USB Hub controller - I suspect it's your USB 3.0 drivers, please install them from the manufacturer's website.

Info on the driver files mentioned below is listed in the links at the bottom of the page.

Kaspersky Internet Security drivers date from 2009 - please update

Creative Audigy drivers date from 2009 (P17.sys). Earlier drivers such as this are known to cause problems on some Win7 systems. Please update them.

Microsoft LifeCam drivers date from 2009 - please update (VX1000.sys)

nVidia chipest drivers date from 2010 - please update (nvmf6264.sys is one of the drivers)

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please try these free diagnostics: Initial Hardware Diagnostics

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
