rat 5 not starting up

hi all, i bought a cyborg rat 5 mouse the other day. when i boot my pc my mouse doesnt do anything. it just sticks n the middle of the screen. if i restart it boots up n mouse works fine.....any ideas folks??
as always any help is much apreciated... cheers folks

I'd you install the drivers before you plugged in the mouse?

The mouse should work without any drivers as its a plug in and play device.

However my cyborg keyboard has a mind of its own, when booting the bios says no keyboard detected even though it is and works fine.. But only on 1 usb port, the rest it doesn't even power up on, so ill suggest changing ports as well. My rat 9 has been faultless though

hi badger. i think i may have put the mouse in b4 i installed it. il reinstall it that way. see if it helps. cheers

edit...i reinstalled without the mouse plugged in. now its all sorted. cheers
