Solved Rate computer fails

Still fails in the same place, trying to find the error event for it, will it be under applications or system?

This is interesting.

I ran the bitlock off cmd and for each drive I got back the attached screen.

Perform a restart on computer and try again .

I also found when I click on 'generate system health report' it stops responding?
I wonder if my AV is effecting things?

Can you confirm you amount of Ram installed.. as 2 gb , 4 gb , or what..? I don't understand MBytes..

Well, then it should not be a resource issue, that is causing a program to hang up . Not sure what else I can do to assist you, You may want to close this.. and open a new thread with an updated system specs.. as I will be going off line in just a little while and will not be reading anymore postings.. sorry.. again,, Thanks for coming here and I hope the hang up issue can be sorted out..
