Ready Boost

Hi folks, I've been out of the computer thing for a bit and have encountered a problem with ready boost. What service do you shut down or what do you do to disable ready boost. I'm embarrassed to ask but hey I'm human lol...TIA Seth

okay this is weird superfetch has been disabled from day one. So i guess it just happened to be a fluke thing. So never-mind if someone comes up with something different please let me know tia..seth

What issue are you having with ReadyBoost?

ReadyBoost will only be there if you setup a USB flash drive to use it, and have the USB connected.

Well Brink that is what the error logs said. The bsod that occurred which I should have mentioned was also connected with the pnf file system I believe. Thats the only information I have for now, I haven't downloaded all the necessary files from microsoft to analyze the crash dump but will if we don't find the problem beforehand
