I am running Win7 Pro x64. It detected up my Canon iP2600 printer and installed a Microsoft generic driver, but color photo prints are bad. So I went to Canon's web site, downloaded the Win7 x64 driver and ran the installer. It appears to have installed OK, but I wanted to verify the driver source and version.
To my surprise, when I opened the Properties sheet of the printer, I did not find the usual dialog box giving the option to update the printer, rollback, etc. I've looked in Device Manager, Devices and Printers, etc and do not see a dialog box for managing printer drivers.
Generally speaking, how does one install a new printer driver, or roll back to a previous driver?
