reboot Windows seven

Hi,
I have windows seven ultimate, and after the work session, when i reboot the OS, this not disconnect, but block for more time when display "Disconnection in progress" and I make hardware reboot.

There are a solutions for this problem?

Try in clean boot mode and see if this can help diagnose the problem
