I have apparently used more than my allocation of received emails (over 2000) in windows live mail. Was not aware that there was a limit, and had a message to the effect that I could not receive any more. Reduced them to 500, but still can not receive current emails. Internet connection, browsing, etc has not been affected. How do I get them back?.

What email client?

Where did you get the message?

Feels awfully like a fake.

The following message to <[removed]> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:

As you have said you have deleted some mail (I dont know much about your mail provider or livemail) but did you empty the deleted items folder afterwards as well?

Who is your email provider? Some do impose limits, and yours might be one of them.

Thanks for all your replies.
Have deleted all the mail in deleted items folder, did not notice there was such a thing until you mentioned it o3!.
(contained 6000).
Message was from 'Mail Server'<[email protected]>
Message said 'mailbox full and over allowed capacity as of now all incoming messages can no longer be received, and are being returned to sender indicating mail box full'.
After clearing deleted items folder PC tried to connect with server but no messages were downloaded.

All incoming messages were bounced back and would not of been received by your host so there wouldn't of been any to download, now you've made space all future emails should be ok.

Received your email test z3, which looks ok.
Have also received one new email shortly after. Seems to be working ok now. Will keep an eye on the
Deleted Items folder in future!.
I assume there is no way for me to recover the last three days emails.
Thank you all very much for your help, It is much appreciated. Am still a little stunned with the speed members replied to my post. My thanks to you all.

Due to the way your provider bounces mail when over your limit the only way to get it back is for the people who sent it to send it again.

For a mail provider to have such low limits these days is pretty bad, It maybe worth setting an alternate email address up with somebody like gmail who have limits that it's pretty much impossible to reach.

we have talked to the people who create the website they said it is some thing from our server setting which i do not think so and they said we need to speak to your IT dept and make sure they "white list" emails from the Bab Al Shabab back end

and the person said when the website was not alunched yet and was offline he was recieving mails from the website to his email but when it became online he has stopped recieveing mails
