Hello! Recently my computer hasn't been running as well as it should and I have been having some issues. First off, whenever I try to restart my computer it loads up after the windows logo and then goes to a black screen with a mouse cursor on it and then restarts itself. Then, the only way to boot it up, I have to start it with "Start Windows using last good configuration." Then, all my games aren't running as well as they should and neither is my computer itself. I tried updating my graphics card driver but then I get a blue screen stating "Atikmpag.sys" I would really appreciate some help! Here are my specs.

download the latest ati driver and try installing it within safe mode. if this doesnt work use driver clean to completely remove the current version then restart. this will cause windows to boot with the default vga drivers. try updating it then.

its also worth testing your ram sticks one at a time to see if theirs an underlying fault with them

I did all of that and I was able to install the latest driver with a driver clean, but I still have to start my computer in "Last Known Good Configuration" or else it won't start!
