Recycle bin disappeared

My Recycle bin Icon disappeared! How do I get it back? Instead their is a Folder with a Desktop folder in it.

Double check using the tutorial below to see if the Recycle Bin is checked to be added to your desktop.

If it is, then double check using OPTION ONE in the tutorial below to make sure that your "C:\Users\(user-name)\Desktop" folder is still located there.
