Regarding transparent title bar of windows.

Hello'
I am Vishal and I have MS Windows 7 Ultimate version.My problem is that whenever I open some program or document, say MS Word, its title bar appears to be transparent
and I can't see the title of the document or program clearly.
Also it is very annoying to me and I don't know how to get rid of it.I have already tried
by 'umchecking' the enable transparency checkbox but that doesn't work and the problem still persist so please don't tell me that again.
I have also attached a zip file which clearly depicts my problem. can anybody help me.

Looking at your images closer, it appears that you have used some 3rd party tip to enable full clear glass transparency since your icons can be seen so clearly in the title bar like that.

Did you install or do anything like in the tutorial below to enable this?

I have the same problem as Vishal Back then I installed a third party theme to enable full clear glass transparency. Is there anyway we can disable the clear glass so my display become transparent like normal again? Thank you very much!

Does the 3rd party theme have an uninstaller that could remove and undo it's effects?

Does this theme affect all users or just your user account?

The time I installed the 3rd party theme was so long back then I don't remember if it had an uninstaller as well as how I uninstalled the theme.

Thank you for asking about whether the theme affects all users! Before I didn't know that the theme only affects my user account, meanwhile the guest account is not affected! I guess this means there is a way we can fix this, right?

Yep, since it was so long a go, it may be easier to create yourself a new user account to use instead.

First, as a test, change your theme to say "Windows Classic" and back to an "Aero" theme. If the new theme doesn't stick, then you could do the above with a new user account.
