Hi, folks. I've been getting a BSOD on shutdown for a while now. It only happens when shutting down. At first it was merely occasional, but lately it's happening practically every time. Oddly, this happened on my previous desktop so I'm wondering if a program or USB peripheral I'm still using from my old computer is to blame.

Attached is my SF Diagnostic Tool zip file. And my Windows "unexpected shutdown" screen reads:

Please unlug any USB devices (with the exception of mouse & keyboard) and shutdown and reboot to see whether this is the cause.

Also, I recommend replacing Mcafee with MSE -- Macafee is often the cause of BSOD's.

Thanks for the reply. I have a strong suspicion about McAfee and this issue. Is MSE the preferred antivirus of this forum?
