Hi, All (Just signed up :D )

I have win 7 and I don't want to use a password for my user account. I would also like to use remote desktop connection (RDC).

I know you can dissable the need for a password in RDC completely, but this is too unsafe and I don't trust my wifi that well ;)

Is there a way to set a password esspcially for RDC without....
- creating a new user with password
- creating a password for my accound.

If there is no direct way, is there some sort of hack?

Hope this makes sence :D

If you want your windows login to not have a password, it kind of makes the point of having an rd connection to have a password moot, as if someone can get on your network in the first place, they will be able to access your non passworded windows account, having an rdp with or without a password will seem all but irrelevant to anyone wanting to hack your pc in the first instance.

First rule to help stop your pc getting hacked, use a password for windows, that comes even before installing anti-virus.
