Removal of Chatzum and Crawler and Ask

I am trying to remove Chatzum, Crawler, and Ask from my computer. I have tried to remove Chatzum by going into Control Panel, and using Uninstall. It begins to uninstall, but cannot complete the uninstall, the colour bar just stops progressing. I tried using Absolute Uninstaller, with no success, and saw the message:

An unhandled exception occurred in 3rd party module and will be closed

I have gone into IE, and Chrome, to remove Add-Ons, with no success. I am using Microsoft Security Essentials. I am grateful for the help I received from MalWareBytes, I followed all of their instructions, but still have the problem.

Malwarebytes is an excellent program. However, no program gets everything 100%. Just yesterday I was cleaning a badly infected laptop & Malwarebytes found 1526 files for removal. However, after I quarantined the files Malwarebytes found, when I ran AdwCleaner, it found about 30 malware files that needed to be removed.

To prevent & remove malware, a layered approach works best. Have 2 or 3 malware scanners in addition to your AV, run those on a regular basis and make backups. You can make a system image on a regular basis. Keep the images on a external HD that is not hooked up to the PC all the time. If something disastrous hits, like Ransomware, you can restore your system easily. The tutorial for this is right here:
