Googling that AmbalaGurpreet listing it indicates you've used a torrent to reinstall your OS which is extremely risk and may have even more pernicious add-ons than this crap on your right click context menu.

If this is the licensed OS which came with the HP laptop in your profile, you should use the official Win7 installer to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

But to go from the HP preinstall which is the worst possible install one can have, to a sketchy torrent install likely seeded with even worse crap, makes no sense when you can reinstall using the latest official installer and end up with a perfect install better than 90% of all users have.

If you did this to pirate Ultimate there is no reason to use a higher version which is the exact same OS with just a few expensive features unlocked which most users don't need or can be found in freeware apps.

woot thanks for the reply.
I originally had windows ult, just testing this one out. I shall change back soon as it has disabled my speakers.
I removed the context menu using "Ultimate Windows Context Menu Customizer"
