You will need to take a screenshot of 1 or 2 of the blue & white shadows so I can see it.

Here you go download and open the zip folder and open the folder inside of it and put the two in C/Windows/Resources/Themes
It will show up in the Personalization as Rose1

Look at the screenshot it tells you what & where to put them. There is 1 Rose1 theme folder & 1 Rose1.theme file put both in C/Windows/Resources/Themes
Then Go to Personalization & click on Rose1

The scrollbar is not bad. The lines in the middle of the scrollbar is blue, but its ok I guess. The language bar, could the white inside be red? What about the notification icon arrow bubble or box to be removed. In other words. The only thing I like about aero theme is changing the taskbar. Other parts I wish it was like classic? Also, there are other white and blue shadows in aero. That's the part I don't like.

I'll bet your display settings are set higher than the default go to the control panel and click on display and see what your settings are. If they are higher than default that is why the blue is still showing in the scrollbar. Same for the notification box. Tell me what your settings are so I can fix that.

Just to let you know after these next couple of changes that's all I'm going to do right now.

Control panel settings is Medium. What I'm saying is I wish other themes had those color borders, start menu and taskbar. The window color appearance that is. Because when I go to the window classic its not like windows 98. The gray color is off on that one. On the windows 7 theme you can't change the window border and taskbar colors. Otherwise I don't mind the aero theme. I just don't like the shadows of it. The test theme is good. Just the white and blue shadows is annoying.

I am not changing the color borders, start menu and taskbar that takes days to do that sorry. You should buy WSB Ave's Windows7 Style Builder & then you can change things to your liking

If you do not post some screenshots of the white you want red & the white and blue shadows I do not know what to change.

I don't know. Go to Browsing Visual Styles 7 on deviantART & take a look there are 1000s of themes.
