Hello,

Have been using Firefox, with Google as my default Browser and Search Engine.

Some program I downloaded installed, by itself, AVG Secure Search.
I think it uses Yahoo, or Chrome.

The should be a special place in Hell for those that right code that automatically
changes things like this without asking.

Still seems that I am using Firefox, but can't get rid of the AVG Toolbar, no matter what I've tried.
All the uninstall and remove programs won't do it.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of it ?

And everything having anything to do with AVG, etc. ?

And, how to select Google as my Default Again ?

I can manually select to use Google (from the window on the extreme upper right of my Firefox Bar, but next time I open Firefox up, that AVG toolbar is there again.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
Great Forums.

Regards,
Bob
