Repeated BSOD on PC Build Win 7 Ult 64bit

Im at my last resort with this PC Build. I initially built this PC 1/21 with Win XP to run an Allen & Heath ZED 12FX Mixer. I recently upgraded to Win 7 Ult 64bit and the machine is no longer stable Constantly BSOD.

So Im uploading these files to figure out if I need to purchase a new mother board... Ive added an aftermarket cpu cooler, several fans and new PS.

Thank you for taking the time to check that... Whoa every single crash eek! I removed and reinstalled the driver... Im glad because I havent been able to use this machine in a while and I have a few tweaks that I want to add to this system, but Im gonna wait a week or 2 because I need a rocksolid reliable machine for Audio Recording...
