Since installing win 7 a week ago, I've had two BSOD's. For both, under the event viewer it states "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." In one of the crashes that is what it was doing but in the other I was in the middle of something and not shutting down. When I was running XP, about once a month, I'd get a BSOD of which MS replied there was a problem with my network interface. I updated the driver but it didn't solve the problem. This time under win 7, the crashes state nothing about a network problem. I've uploaded the mini dumps from both crashes

I have an Athlon 64 X2 6000 with 4 Gigs of RAM. Thanks for any help.

Hi.

0x3B caused by the Cinema Now service by Roxio. Whatever that is, remove it.

Thank you for the quick reply. That would probably be the second BSOD as I believe Roxio Creator 10 was not installed during the first one.

I don't know how or what tools you used to garner this information but why can't Microsoft do the same thing in the error reporting?
