Allot of left over avg crap which in it's self can be a pretty good virus in it's self,
Use the avg uninstaller,

Okay. My Windows 7 laptop seems to be doing better since I restarted it. But, I probably need to run the AVG remover on it too, since I had it installed on it as well.

When I close IE on the 8.1, it says it checking online for a solution. Then, after that the picture above comes up.

I have noticed that it only occurs when on Facebook. It also feels more choppy on Facebook.

manage add-ons
You should see Control panel manage browser add-ons
Click on the manage add-ons button,
Toolbars and extensions on the top left column
On the bottom left column make sure is says Show All add-ons
Take screen shots of everything listed,

I used Microsoft Fix It.

Fixed: Data Execution Prevention disabled

Fixed: Smartscreen Filter disabled

I hope I'm not bothering you. But, I have one more problem. This is on our other Windows 7 Laptop.

Safe mode with networking,
Shut down your machine, Unplug-Hold the power button down for 30/45 seconds (Power Drain)
If it's a laptop remove the battery and do the above power drain process,
Power up and Tap the F8 key continuously until you see a black page with white text,
Use the down arrow key to toggle to safe mode with networking/ hit the enter key.
Login as usual
