Resource monitor Won`t Start
Hello, im back to this forum after a few years.
I need your help once again, I don`t know what happened, but the resource monitor wont start by any means.
1- Task manager / Performance / Resource Monitor: Won`t start.
2- Windows logo > Resmon.exe: Won`t start.
3- C:\Windows\System32\resmon.exe: Won`t start.
What i have tried:
1- sfc /scannow on windows 7 cmd (It fixed some errors) then i ran it again about 3 times showing no more errors.
(CBS.log attached)
2- In depth scan of C: with Nod32.
