Solved Resolution and refresh rate keeps resetting

Hey
I'm having an issue with GTA V,during the loading screens it switches to windowed 800x600, refresh rate to auto,this happens every time i start the game and each time i change it to 2560x1440 (using DSR),my screen is 1080p 60hz,this wasn't an issue until today,before that it happens every while once.
What i've done so far is delete all the game's settings,checked the monitor's settings,Nvidia's.

Found what has been causing this,one of the mods, LUA_SDK.asi that comes along with "LUA_SDK and Enhanced Train Driver Mod".

Hey, glad you sorted it out on your own.

What kind of performance are you getting with that setup? How is your graphics options set?

1440p with these settings 1 2 3 4 Fps max:66 min:35(35 is when you're standing in the middle of grass,setting the grass quality to normal will get you a min:42) avg:45-55,,VRAM usage 3.4GB max,no stutters.
