Resolution is small

Hey guys well yesterday I was playing Combat Arms and it suddenly froze, so then i tried to open task manager (Shift+Ctrl+Esc) and nothing happened so then i pressed random keys and now my resolution is small on my game and also when i boot up my computer.NO MATTER WHAT I DO NOTHING CHANGES.My desktop is all the same though.

I don't get it... How can your desktop be "all the same" if the resolution of your screen is small "when you boot up the computer"? Please elaborate.
What exactly did you try to resolve this matter?

can you post some screen shots to show what you are trying to say.

Also please fill out your system specs so we can tell what hardware you have.

OK look first of all, once i found out my res was small, i changed my resolution like in control panel to the max and it went back to normal.Then went to play combat arms and found out it was centered in the center of screen and with a black background around it.
And no its not my drivers cuz i pressed random keys on my keyboard and that was y but heres my specs.


Intel Core 2 T5500 1.66 GHz
Ram 1GB
ATi Mobility Radeon x1600

Ok you issue is that combat arms is not set to widescreen, go into the rez setting in the games and find an option to make the screen 16:9 then match the rex in game to what its set in windows.
