I did a clean install from Win 7 to Win 10 and am now having difficulty in restoring my files (Docs and Pics). I've been through the Restore Files procedure a few times without success. Win 10 has not restored these files and at one time showed a message about indexing. I admit I might be missing out on something but cannot see what it might be. Has anyone had this problem? If there is a solution your help would be much appreciated.
