Restore System Fonts to Default

Sup Guys & Gals,

I tried to get cute and fancy with my Windows Fonts by changing a few things, well now I can seem to change anything back. See my pic below. Also, anyone has a list of Windows 7 Default System Fonts to restore all back into my Fonts Folder? I believe I am missing some.

The default system font in Windows 7 is "Segoe UI".
